Rental Period

• All rentals are for four hours only unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• All equipment is guaranteed to operate for the normal length of a party, approximately 4 to 5 hours.
• If a PM service person is not on site our on call service person will respond to any call phoned in during the time of the event.
• A refund will be prorated for any down time.
• A refund will be paid for a malfunctioning machine only if we are notified before or during the normal party hours.
• No refund will be paid for a machine broken due customer misuse.

Meetings & Site Approval

• PM will charge a fee of $75.00 if it becomes necessary for us to inspect a location for the purpose of determining the sites suitability for the events.

Deposits

• For all events or functions, a non refundable deposit of 50% is required 14 days in advance.
• Full payment is due on delivery. If no one will be able to pay the drivers or event manager on delivery, the entire bill must be paid before the equipment is delivered.
• The minimum delivery and set up charge for all events is $25.00.
• Large games may require special delivery and installation arrangements and you will be charged accordingly.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Availability

• Due to the limited number of each amusement game, not all games are available at all times, please have alternates in mind.

Moving Machines

• At no time should the machines be moved from where the PM employees have installed them.
• Keep food and drinks away from the equipment.

Electronic Equipment

• Electronic games and amusements should remain plugged in to an electrical outlet and left on for the duration of the party.
• All of the electronic amusement equipment must be placed where it will be protected from direct sun light and rain.
• For outdoor parties the equipment must be under a tent or an overhang that completely covers the equipment.
• Our drivers are instructed not to leave any equipment anywhere they feel the equipment could be damaged.

Delivery & Installation

• All equipment to be contracted is subject to delivery and installation restrictions.
• If we are unable to find a suitable means of getting a particular piece of equipment to the desired location and provisions cannot be made, we will not be able to contract that piece.
• We will work with you to provide an acceptable substitution.

Overtime

• In the event a job exceeds past the time period contracted for in the rental agreement, we must be allowed to breakdown and leave the site.
• Overtime rates will be charged for any time in excess of the contracted performance time.

Rain Dates

• The rain date fee is 30% of the entire bill before tax.
• For live entertainment a non-refundable deposit is due 14 days prior to the event.
• Once our staff have left the warehouse the full payment is due.

Insurance

• PM Amusement is fully insured and will provide you with a copy of our certificate of insurance if necessary.
• PM charges $75.00 if you need to be addititonally insured on our policy for the event. PM will provide a certificate
